Cannot ping or ssh to the controller?

If you try to ping or ssh to the controller and are unable to make a connection:

• Check the physical network connection between your local computer and motorcortex controller, did you plug the network cable to the correct Networking Connector of the GCC or fitlet2.
• There is no network connection to your controller, check your local PC Network Settings: Network Adaptor Settings.
• The network setting of the Controller are incorrect. Please check: Network Settings.
