When opening the GUI, via the portal or controller, You receive the error The GUI is disconnected, connecting to 192.168.2.100. The cause of this can be one of the following:
- The Motorcortex application on your controller stopt, because you have an invalid license key. If you restart you Motorcortex application the GUI should be visible again.
- Inside the portal, you can create a GUI. It can happen that the Client connection settings are filled in wrong, the
machine IPaddress should match the controller IP address, else you cannot make a connection to the GUI via your controller. - You are using a unsecure URL connection, for more information go to using ws instead of wss.
