Elmo controlled axis produces a continuous ticking when drive is in motion.

What is the problem?

This could be caused of not setting a Distributed Clock (DC) or setting it incorrect. The Distributed Clock of a etherCAT slave can be set via ECAT-tool.

Here an example of setting the SYNC0 to 1ms:

The SYNC0 should be set to the systems cycle time as specified in the config.json. Per default the system runs at 1kHz.
